Knowledge Base

medXchange addresses very specific individual health-risk assessments and proactive health programs. Knowledge bases can be created by medical and healthcare specialists with the corresponding health risk management applications. Examples of knowledge bases and health risk applications are:

  • Evaluation of patients with high medical and health risks and chronic illnesses.
  • Occupational health risk assessment. (e.g. truck and bus drivers, factory workers, oil companies, agricultural workers, exposure to hazardous materials and environments).
  • Clinical studies, clinical trials, and medical market research.
Knowledge Base Disease Related Profile

The patient disease related and health profile is created through structured data and template modules in the Integrated Electronic Medical Record IEMR.

The patient profile templates may be in the form of questionnaires.


Evaluation templates can be created.



Absolute value and measurement templates can be created

Knowledge Base Rules

Knowledge Base rules are defined by medical and healthcare experts who will use the patient profiles to evaluate the health and medical risks of individual patients.



Knowledge Base Risk Analysis

By combining the patient data with the knowledge based rules, health and medical risk analysis can be carried out on individual patients.

Physicians and healthcare professionals have an immediate overview of disease specific and relevant health indicators and factors assisting in a more efficient treatment of the patient.
