The Integrated Electronic Medical Record, IEMR is structured very much like the traditional physicians patient record. The tab cards show the different sections of the medical record.

Key personal data and medical indicators are given on the first section of the IEMR. The IEMR is personalised in line with the available patient data.

In this example key indicators of a diabetes patient are monitored over a 24 hour period.

Each of 5 key values can be entered by the patient or a healthcare professional in a simple numeric format.

Comments and notes may also be entered with each value

A patient disease specific profile of key medical indicators can be established and followed over a day, weeks, months or years.

The progression of a patient can easily be followed by the physician and healthcare professionals.

The documents in the Integrated Electronic Medical Record, IEMR may consist of:

  • Physician notes, letters and text documents either as scanned images or as digital documents converted into HTML format.
  • Laboratory test and examination results either as documents or in digital format.
  • X-Rays, scans, MRI, ECG, angiography, EMG, NCV, fundus of the eye, etc. either as scanned documents or imported in recognized digital format.
