The Integrated Electronic Medical Record, IEMR is structured very much like the
traditional physicians patient record. The tab cards show the different sections
of the medical record.
Key personal data and medical indicators are given on the first section of the
IEMR. The IEMR is personalised in line with the available patient data.

Each of 5 key values can be entered by the patient or a healthcare professional
in a simple numeric format.
Comments and notes may also be entered with each value
